Policy

Each item is made on demand and due to this it may take on average 7-21 days for an order to be made, this does not include shipping time. 

 

Due to the products being made on demand we do not hold stock and therefore cannot do returns or exchanges. This is a part of the business we are working to have changed for the future.

 

All sales are final so please check that your product sizing, shipping address, and billing address are correct once an item is shipped these cannot be changed. If your item is returned due to an incorrect shipping address we will have to charge you to reship your package.
